Legal Disclaimer
I take horary astrology and geomancy seriously as disciplined, rule-based methods — that's the entire premise of this site, and the About page explains why. But taking a method seriously is different from overstating what it can do. This page exists to keep that line clear.
Effective Date: July 28, 20261. What This Site's Content Actually Is
OracleSanctum studies and practices historical divination systems — horary astrology and geomancy — as disciplined, rule-based traditions. That study is genuine. What I don't claim is that studying them seriously turns a reading into a guarantee.
Plainly: this site does not provide —
- Fortune-telling, psychic readings, or guaranteed predictions
- Medical, legal, or financial advice
- Psychological counseling or therapy
- Professional consultation of any licensed kind
- Supernatural or paranormal services
Every reading, article, tool result, and course lesson is offered for education, entertainment, and personal reflection.
2. Your Responsibility
You must be 18 or older to use this site. Any decision or action you take based on OracleSanctum's content is yours alone to own — I'm not in a position to see your full circumstances, and no chart reading is. For decisions that carry real weight — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise — the right move is a qualified professional in that field, used alongside whatever you take from a reading here, not instead of one.
I make no guarantees, promises, or warranties about outcomes or results, for the same reason: that's not what this method is built to claim.
3. How I Actually Think About the Method
Many people assume a serious astrological or divinatory practice must promise certainty, or it isn't worth taking seriously at all. I don't think that's true. Horary astrology and geomancy, done properly, are structured methods of inquiry — a way of asking a precise question and reasoning carefully toward an answer using rules that have held up for centuries. That structure is what makes the method worth studying.
It's also exactly why I don't present it as prediction. A rule-based method that's honest about its own limits is more trustworthy than one dressed up as certainty — not less. The articles on this site go into the method itself in more depth; this page exists to state its limits plainly.
4. Radicality and Honest Answers
In traditional horary practice, a chart has to meet certain conditions — radicality — before it can be judged reliably at all. If a chart you submit doesn't meet those conditions, I tell you plainly rather than force a reading anyway. That standard applies to how I write every reading, and it's part of why I'd rather say "this one isn't judgeable" than manufacture false confidence.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, OracleSanctum disclaims liability for:
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind
- Losses or harm resulting from use of the site's tools, readings, or courses
- Decisions made based on the educational content here
- Errors or omissions in any reading, article, or tool output
Everything is provided "as is," without warranty. You agree to hold OracleSanctum harmless from claims arising from your own use of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, tools, courses, and site itself are mine. I grant a limited, personal license to use the free tools and read the content for your own non-commercial purposes. Copying, redistributing, or building a derivative product from this material isn't permitted without asking first.
7. External Links
Where this site links elsewhere — a source text, a reference, an external resource — that link isn't an endorsement of everything on the destination site, and I'm not responsible for its content. Use your own judgment when you leave OracleSanctum.
