Team Qualifications
Our design work is led by registered architects and supported by engineers, quantity surveyors and site supervisors, some in-house and some as long-standing partner consultants brought in on a per-project basis. Individual team credentials — professional registration numbers, memberships and education — are listed on each team member's profile on our team page.
What We Are Registered To Do — and What We Refer Out
Architecture, building design, construction documentation and project supervision fall squarely within our own registered scope of practice. A number of adjacent activities in Nigerian real estate — including formal property valuation and estate surveying — sit under separate professional regulation. Where a transaction genuinely needs one of these, we work with, and clearly identify, an appropriately registered surveyor, valuer or lawyer rather than presenting our own architectural registration as covering that work.
